I'VE GOT MAIL!!!!

I was a real sneaky boy today.  Nana didn't even have time to turn around and I was already out in the living room on my KONG towel, waiting for my treats to hit the bowl.  Nana always gives me a small treat when she comes over to take me out.  She's the greytest!

Nana is also the greytest as she checked the mail for Devin today.  My package from Ireland came in!!!!
We are going to start the treatment on Monday.  Devin told me all about it on our walk this evening.  I hear the pills are super tiny and sweet to the taste.  I'll let you know what I think on Monday.   Devin also needs to pick up a few baby socks for me.  We both agreed that the Thera Paw boot on overnight wouldn't be too comfy.  They are great for walking, but i'm not so sure about the lounging part.

Tomorrow will be Cousin Parker's 9th Gotcha Day!  Happy Early Gotcha Day Parker! xo

Tonight for supper Devin surprised me with some yummy sardines!

 Devin mixed the fishies around in my food for me, I took my time licking the pieces of food in my bowl before swallowing them back.

I chased my supper with a nearly a full bowl of water.  I wandered into my nest and plopped down. *BURP*   They swam back up on to my pillow :( 

Good thing I have Grampa Brian's old pillow. It's one of those plastic coated ones.  Devin was able to wipe things down and put a clean pillowcase down on it for me.   Devin you're the greytest!  Thank you!

 This evening Nana came over again for a little visit.  I had fun shredding some paper while she was here.
We went for a nice little walk.  The breeze was MUCH cooler than what it was hours ago when we were out last.  I like the Autumn type weather.

Not much to report on again tonight.  Devin had to run into town for a bit today, I was left in the nice a/c here at home.   Not sure what tomorrow will bring, but as long as we get to hang out I'll be happy.

Tonight, I found my voice....

I was hanging around in my nest this evening, when Nana came by for a visit.  She fussed with the lock some before opening the door.  While she did this, Devin said "who's that, who's here"?  I let out a good loud bark, quickly followed by a yelp, and then a softer bark.  I greeted Nana at the door, then turned around and went back into my nest.

Nana brought down my treats, no sooner did she say "what's this Milo"? I was up and out of my nest waiting for my treat.  I'm getting good at coming out from my nest.  We're getting there, It's more on the fault of the Human Devin, we don't practice this nearly as much as we should.

They are calling for at thunderstorm and lots of rain tomorrow. I sure hope we get outside tomorrow morning before I begins.

Nana Cam ~and~ Sometimes You Just Want Things To Feel More Like The Old Days....

I've been dragging my toes lately with my blog.  Devin has this "Netflix" thing that we've been watching together.  When Devin gets home from work, we do our routine, and then plop down to relax together. Most times I'm off in my nest, but it's just nice to be in the same room together.  

Nana's been over to peek in on me while Devin's been at work.  She's pretty sneaky with her camera. I don't even notice/care when she comes in.  I continue to saw logs until she drops a few tiny snacks in my bowl, then I come running like a ninja in the night; so quiet, that Nana just has enough time to turn around and I'm there. *hehe*

er, uhm....busted  Devin did pull the blankets straight before leaving for work.

Devin found me like this the other evening after work.  I worked the blankets on both beds to my liking :)

Yesterday a parcel came in the mail for Devin.  I got to play with the tissue paper. I was in 7th heaven.

Then, Nana brought me out a piece of newspaper. I took that sucker and ran straight to the back of my nest.
Nana told Devin to leave me alone, that I was at the back of my nest not wanting to be bothered.  Of course, Devin being Devin being 33 human years decided to continue on with tradition and not listen to Nana.... Devin gave me a few pats, I didn't mind I kept shredding away.  Weeeeee!! Weeeee!

  Last night -

Sometimes you just want things to feel familiar; just like the old days.  I fell fast a sleep on my shredded papers.  Devin left them in there for me over night. We had a living room sleep over, Devin slept out on the couch last night.

The next morning Devin saw that I managed to push my shredding out the sides of the nest...

We went on our morning walk this morning, I was tuckered out when we came back home. I didn't go very far, we just kinda wandered around with no set path.

As you can see, I haven't been up to much.  This weekend, Devin and I are hanging out together.  We both enjoy each others company, that works out well.
