Around 1815hrs or so, Devin came through the door. I was there waiting. Devin ignored me for a minute at the very most. When I showed a little less interested I got pats and told that I'm such a good boy.
We walked into the living room together. This is what I left for Devin... I had a party with my friends and didn't get a chance to clean up before Devin arrived home. My Bad...

Who Me?? |
Outta here! busted |
ALSO
Melissa busted me on the TP incident(s). The first I already blogged about. The second incident happened last night. Melissa left me to go see Transformers; again I grabbed the roll and ran it to the living room. I don't damage anything. It's kind of fun. When i find something I like I want to take it to my crate with me.
Devin buys the good stuff, It's so nice n' soft. Me likes!
We went for a walk with Tilly the Beagle, and Angel the Chow (along with Auntie Melissa and Sherry R.)
All went relatively well. I had a few good encounters with unleashed dogs. I don't understand why there master just let them run about so free and out of sight, but i guess parenting is different from parent to parent...
After the two girls drank from the river Devin brought me down there to wade in it. AGAINST Dev's better judgement we walked closer. I was encouraged to walk out to the edge. I'm still working on my sense of surroundings n' stuff.... I took a step off the rock/boulder and found myself deep up to my chest/neck in cool river water. Devin and I just kind of looked at each other. I could see Devin was about to jump in after me. In that split second delay Devin decided it best to pull me forward with my leash towards shore, I caught on quick!
I reached for the shoreline and tried to pull myself up and out of the water. Devin got under my chest and pulled me up onto shore. We both JUST ABOUT ended up in the water together, but a good lift Devin had me safe on land again. I shook it off and didn't really mind. I think Devin was more traumatized by the whole incident.
Devin assures me that the lake water at the came is CLEAN, CLEAR, WARMER, AND MORE GRADUAL. No unexpected drop offs.
I'm at home now and in my crate. I'm tuckered out from the good walk and unexpected swim.
I'm finding it hard to keep my eyes closed. I keep staring at Devin. Just making sure my eyes aren't playing tricks on me. Sure glad to have my family back!
