Hello Devin,
Thank you so much for writing. We always like to hear about our retired "babies"!
"Milo" is from a litter of five boys and four girls - a bit bigger litter than average for a greyhound.
His mama was a beautiful white and brindle girl who did very well on the track and the sire is
an all time producer.
The litter mates went to various tracks around the country such as Wheeling, WV/Gulf, Tx./Birmingham, Al. and the Valley, Tx. All of them ran somewhere.
As you could tell by Milo's lines he went to the Gulf first where we had a kennel then we moved the
kennel to the Valley and when it closed for the season we moved him to our kennel at Birmingham.
In other words he was a good runner at three different tracks!
He had a good career of three years and since we don't like to run then too long and he started dropping in grade, we thought it time to have him be a couch potatoe and be a wonderful pet for someone.
We are so glad he has a super home now and know that you both will enjoy each other for many years
to come.
Give Milo and big fat kiss and pat for us and tell him we're proud of him.
Anything else please let us know.
Thanks again,
David and Janele
