It's snnnnnnowing!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the snow!

Devin bundled me up for our walk this morning.  Jacket and head muff, I was ready to go!
I kept my "zoomies" to a limit; Devin accommodated me in lieu of zoomies, we ran a bit through the snow

So much snow has fallen here overnight that Devin said that we looked like ROCKY running through the stuff.

I lead most of the way today, it was hard to see with all that flying snow coming at us.  When we came to a corner down the street, I wasn't sure how to get over it the mountain of snow. Devin showed me "Like this Milo".  I jumped right over and onward we went.  On the way back, i found Devin's footprints and walked in those, I'm no dummy! hehe


Last night Devin came out to say goodnight to me, toothpaste in mouth and mumbled voice, I didn't hear; completely zonked out.  When Devin went to pet me I startled; nothing bad, just jerked.

Devin came back and apologized to me; with an empty mouth this time, i was able to hear and understand what was being said to me.  Craazy humans!

In the middle of the night Devin came wandering for a glass of water. I was found hanging my head out of my "nest".  Sometimes I can make that "nest" of mine look realllllllly HUGE while other times I look like I could use another 3 feet.

 Devin thinks I resemble Big Bird sometimes, What do you think????

Laundry day (again) - No fussing today.  Devin stripped my "Nest" bed casing and tossed that in the wash for me.  Devin said it was long overdue, personally I think it was just right.  Now i'm going have to get my "non-smell" on it allll over again. Hmpft*


Not sure what we're doing today, I don't imagine we will be going too far.  The roads aren't nice at all.
These are the days that Devin wishes we had a backyard to go romp around in.  I  couldn't agree more.

Jedi Mind Tricks & Trying Out Something New....

Devin came over to check on me, I was being too quiet apparently.  After poking around Devin felt some crumbs/sand on my bed.  Devin tried to get me out from my "nest".
I can hold out longer than Devin.
3 ice cubes
A few cranberries
A few small pieces of milkbone.....
I was still holding out. I didn't want to leave my nest.  Devin tossed a cranberry to see what I'd do.

I was working on my JEDI MIND TRICK.  I thought if i stared at it long enough it might just come to me.  Sure enough a few times it worked (Devin walked it over to me).

I finally came out and snatched up the cranberry.  Devin quickly went to work to close up the crate door, grab the vacuum.  When Devin began to clean off my bed and the inside of my crate I didn't know what to do with myself. I stood near the fish tank.  Was I going to be sucked up next???
I did what I thought was a good idea at the time.

Feeling a little awkward, am I suppose to be up here? In the 8 months i've been living here with Devin, not once have I tried to get up.

Eeee... maybe this isn't a good idea.  Devin told me "move", my crate door was open, and i made a straight line for my bed in there.   Comfort!

Turned around and Pink Footballs

Oh I feel so disorganized.   Devin's night shifts have me all turned around.

I had a few issues Saturday night when Devin went to leave for work.  I had a mini melt down which required Nana to come to my rescue.  I had settled down by the time Nana came near the apartment. Well i settled for a moment then started up a cry.  Nana took me outside.  I had to go to the washroom.  Tummy cramps! Thank goodness for Nana!

Took Devin forever to get me out of my "nest". I was ready to finally go out though.

Saturday night - Giving Devin the eyes instead of going to lay on the "big" bed or in my nest.  Apparently this look is the one i give when i'm going to have some "issues"

Decided to pull my toys out before Devin went off to work

Devin and I brought me to fill up the water jug. On our way home we decided to stop in Petsmart to check out the new store.  I was given lots of attention by the staff and costumers. 

Sweet score!  Pink football. Who says pink isn't for boys??  Devin put back the football on me a few times.
I was pretty insistent on taking it home with me.  Another one for my toy box.  Actually it's staying out in the car. Devin said we can take it to the park with us when we go.

 Devin decided now that my tummy seems to be back on track, we'd take out the "training bed" and do some target training.    Note* DEVIN DECIDED.  I wasn't sold on the idea. It's been a while since we've done this.   Devin tried to encourage me out from my "nest".  Trails of "liver" were dropped about.

I did really well today. 
*sat without being asked
*laid down without being asked
*rolled over without being asked
*stayed on my "training bed" while Devin went down the hall telling me to "wait".  Once out of sight, told me to come, and up i  went down the hall.
*roll over became confusing a few times... I worked it out though..

really, are you serious? I think you're up to something. I don't trust you. I'm not going OUTSIDE.

 Tomorrow I'll be on my own for a bit while Devin and Nana run the roads.  I suspect a few of my KONGS will be made up to keep me entertained while I'm left to watch the house on my own.
